depends on what type of firearm you are going to use it in.Jack
Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

You can use them. Just don't say you owned a 15-22 high cap magazine before the ban (since the gun came out in 2009).Comment

You could very well have owned hi-cap magazines before the ban and saved them. and then used them on a rifle purchased today. Burden of proof.
Anyhow... I want to use a detachable pre-ban hi cap mag on a 10/22 with a tapco intrafuse stock. Is this a no-no? Not sure if it matters since its a rimfire and not a centerfire.
Thanks guys.Comment

If it is a rimfire long gun, then it is exempt from the AW laws. However rimfire handguns are not.You could very well have owned hi-cap magazines before the ban and saved them. and then used them on a rifle purchased today. Burden of proof.

Also you rimfire rifles with non-detachable tube magazines are exempt from the high-cap laws.Comment
