Titan Competiton .22lr Barrel

Any feedback on these barrels? Was offered one at a reasonable price and can't find any info on them. The barrel is stainless at the breech and muzzle with a matte composite cover (carbon fiber? anodized aluminum?) in between. Saw it in person and looks nice. No pics available. Low round count. Any info?????? Google even let me down on this one.
