Ruger Mk2 vs Mk3 - Bull Barrell - Sight Question

Does anyone know if the sights mount the same for both the mk2 and the mk3, bull barrel models? I am considering some new sights which supposedly fit the Mk2 bull barrel, and I have the Mk3 bull barrel.

I'm looking at the '09 Ruger accessory catalog and it shows item #84201 Mark II/Mark III bull barrel sight set (V-notch rear and Hi-Viz front). Says it fits both, so at this point I'd say yes. But I don't own a Mark III or I would be more confident with my answer!

As I understand the differences between the Mk II and the Mk III, the only one that is part of the barrel/receiver is the loaded chamber indicator. If the sights work on a Mk II bull barrel they should work on a Mk III bull barrel.

Thank you both for your responses. I am going to buy them and see what happens.

Yes the sights will interchange. The pitch of the back face of the blade is a little different (steeper back cut) on the MkII than the III, but they mount exactly the same.
