    Razor 1022 Receiver

Ready to ship 80% completed Ruger (Select Fire) 10/22 RAZOR receiver blanks. The RAZOR comes in Machined Aluminum Finish or Anodized in BLACK. There is NO FFL or paperwork required with this part.

Is this true? How does it work if i fully assemble this rifle? Do i need to register this type of rimfire rifle?

You dont need to reg but you still need to buy the tools to drill the slots and holes for the trigger/bolt stuff.

Not to split hairs, but yes, you can sell it after the addition of a serial #, maker and place of manufacture. However, you cannot build-with-the-intent-to-sell-right-away without a manufacturer's license.

This version / brand is of concern to me as it mentions "select fire".
Maybe best to avoid this one.
Under Federal law, most machine gun parts are a machine gun.
Assembled or not, if you have the parts, you could get in big trouble.

              Ruger (Select Fire) 10/22 RAZOR

The name brand "Razor" is not the problem.
              It's the
(Select Fire) that is the concern.

Most full auto 10/22s use only a modified trigger group, the receiver is the same semi or full auto.
I'm not sure why he says select fire (full auto) at all.

"Select Fire LLC" is the bussiness which sell these. "Razor" is the model name. I don't see anything here to indicate that these are marketed or intended to be used for NFA firearms.

I don't know if your interested but Nodakspud sells complete 10/22 receivers for the same price but they do require an FFL.
