Tactical Solutions .22 M4 Upper - Info?

I've been thinking about buying a dedicated .22 upper and ran into one of these today:

What says Calguns? Anyone have any experience or info on this item?

How are the Black Dog magazines that this upper comes with (1)?

this is a purchase I have considered many times and if the price is right one day, I will execute on. I fired one before on a Stag lower, the owner had a to make a change to a spring to get consistent strikes but that was the lower. the upper worked fine. my only and consistent issue with price, for the price of one tacsol upper I can buy 1 S&W complete 15-22

That's my thought. I can get a dedicated .22lr rifle.

I have consider that too but the price is just too high. I can get a TRUE Tactical .22LR for less. That is why i got a Sig 522 and still have some money in my pocket and my son and I can shoot at the same time. One lower and two uppers means only one gun can be fire at once.
