    Competitive smallbore shooters! rollcall

    Howdy Calgunners

Im so so new here and notice alot of attention revolving around Tacticool, practical, defensive,CCW etc.nothing wrong with it, Im all for it, just wondering if at least in the smallbore (rimfire) section how many here shoot in club, sanctioned matches?
    -NRA/International: Prone, 3position, Pistol
    -Silhouette
    -F Class
    -Sporter
    -Benchrest

just thinking it would be pretty cool to have a tab for competitive shooters regardless of discipline. (as in expand the existing)
    -above mentioned
    -High power Rifle
    -Shotgun

sleepy & going brain dead but you get the picture.(theres alot of events)

every once in a while i shoot casually at NRA sanctioned small bore silhouette matches when i get time off work. i do it at my local shooting club. i'm not really that much of an enthusiast, but when i have time, i do it and it's pretty fun. i'm a really crappy off hand silhouette shooter, in A class...hah.

it's a good break away from doing USPSA and IDPA shooting, because those guys are so serious all the time. and besides, i feel like such a poser doing action shooting cuz i end up wearing all this tactical gear that i feel guilty about...hah.

so yeah, i do smallbore silhouette.

I shoot smallbore scoped, cowboy and pistol silhouette, smallbore varmint, bullseye and benchrest, airgun varmint and silhouette, centerfire bullseye, and action pistol as well.
Any or all are dependant on my crazy work schedule, so it may be months before I have time to shoot a match that coincides with one of my days off, that's why I have so much stuff listed.
I like open range days for testing also.

I shoot an occasional silhouette match with my kids at our local club, not as often as I would like though. I shoot a few 50BMG matchs a year and try to shoot a few smallbore as well.

Ive shot alot of 4position, 3position, indoor, outdoor and some prone only matches. Ive shot alot of Air Rifle too. Ive shot all over N.Cal and out of State in matches, but I practiced out of the Lincoln Rifle Club.
