    Pocket .22 Gun Thread

I'm looking at getting a pocket .22, something fun to shoot, and still be some tiny little WTF gun.

So far...I'm looking at the Phoenix hp22a, Taurus PT22, etc. What are some other guns, in the same price range as these? Pictures are always helpful

I've got a Berretta 21A, Uberti made copy of a Sharps pepperbox, Davis Derringer, Colt single shot .22short derringer, and 4 NAA revolvers. The pepperbox is lots of fun, The 21A is alright to shoot but, I prefer my 950 in .25acp. The Colt is interesting. The NAA revolvers are simple and fun little guns too. Opps, I forgot about my Mossberg Brownie. It's a realy fun little gun to plink with.

I have a HP22, haven't gotten around to shooting it yet though. Seems well built, comes with a good warranty. Heavy little sucker though. Think it weighs about the same as my Glock 19 (unloaded). Also consider a Walther P22. It's a little big to be called a pocket gun, but a a generous pocket should hold it no problem. Mine has been a blast to shoot. At least a couple thousand rounds through mine with no real problems. A little picky on ammo, but hey, it's a .22, it won't break the bank to find the rounds it likes.

The NAA minis are fun, utterly reliable, and safe to carry. With some practice you can get 5 shots off very fast and accurately two handed and pretty darn fast one handed.
