    10/22 high cap mags

    I tried a search for this but couldn't find any info. Are high cap mags for 22 rimfire legel in Kalifornia?

    no it is not legal in CA...doesnt matter what caliber...it needs to be cap at 10.

      Same as any other mag. They are legal to own and use but you can't buy, import, sell, manufacture, ect. You can keep and use them if you had them before 2000.

        Thanks I thought since you didn't need a bullet button on the AR style 22 rimfire they might be legel.

          The large capacity magazine laws have nothing to do with the assault weapons laws.

                WRONG! I have many of them in Ca and they are perfectly legal!!! Of course, a crime would be commited if I tried to aquire more of them today. Please, know and understand the laws BEFORE you give bad advise and spead FUD!
