Looking for a range report on this 1911 conversion kit

I called CenterFire Systems to ask for more details about this 1911 conversion kit and they said the brand was called High Standard and NO they do not have extra mags for sale at this time. For $149.99 I am curious to find out more. Anybody got a range report on this kit?

Nothing on that kit but I have one from kimber for about twice the price. Shoots very accurate and easy the swap out. Looks almost the same, even the magazines. The kimber brand needs high velocity rounds like stingers (~1640 fps) to cycle correctly. Also doesn't lock open on empty.

I might give this a try next payday as its not too expensive. I've got a 1911 just sitting in the safe gathering dust that I can pair this with.

From the pictures on their web site the conversion unit pictured looks like a POS.
Poor finish.
Rear sight is not centered in the dovetail.
Machining of slide rails is terrible.
Roll pin in top of slide looks like it was installed with an oversized punch.

Note: Most if not all .22 conversion units that function start @ $300.00
