AR .22 pistol

So I'm hacking around on GB tonight and I find S&W AR15-22 Pistols .About $450.00 + californication. I guess a " 0 " round mag and a B/B should do the trick on these. Anyone interested in a group buy {prepaid}if Thunderbird Armory [CGN OOS seller] wants to neuter a bunch?

Yea,..but if you don't,.. the .22 LR is an AW.You know ,like the 10 rounders that our soldiers use in Iraq.

Most people here have to comply with the California restrictions on "A semiautomatic pistol that has the capacity to accept a detachable magazine and the capacity to accept a detachable magazine at some location outside of the pistol grip," so we have to install a Bullet Button. Then we have to worry about creating "A semiautomatic pistol with a fixed magazine that has the capacity to accept more than 10 rounds," so we have to stick to 10 round magazines.

And that's exactly why I would never build such a beast as a .22lr AR pistol.

If you're going to be limited to a bullet button and 10rd mags, make it count! Built a 5.56 AR pistol. or a 7.62x39. Or go really big with .450 bushmaster, .458 SOCOM, or .50 Beowulf

I thought this ruling only applied to centerfire pistols/rifles...?

Rifles have different centerfire/rimfire rules. A handgun is just a handgun (regardless of caliber,) so handgun rules apply to all handguns. No VFG's, threaded barrels, etc.
