    Ruger .22 Charger. Ca approved?

    Hi, in the market for a .22 and I'm very intrigued by the Ruger .22 charger.
    Anyone care to share impressions, pics etc.?
    Is the gun Ca approved?

              External to grip detachable magazine. By default same class as something like a Tec-9. Or even AR/AK pistol (assuming no mag lock).
