    Dedicated .22lr AR pistol

Sorry if this is a repeat post, but I looked all over and couldn't find what I was looking for. I was wondering if I were to build an OLL dedicated .22 pistol, what would have to be done as far as legality is concerned? I believe a multi caliber stamped lower is not necessary, am I correct? Also, what parts do you guys recommend? Any other input is appreciated.

You would need to use a bullet button just like on a center fire.

You must use a mag lock device based on the fact that the magazine is outside of the pistol grip.

I saw a similar post recently, a few things stuck in memory:
          1. The fact the OLL says multi doesnt make it a 22lr oll
          2. The OLL must be stamped "pistol"
          3. Since it is an OLL lower you need a bullet button
The lower if it is an OLL can server a 22lr upper just as easily as a 223 upper with out changing anything.
Now if you get a 22lr AR style pistol like the new release from S&W then you wont have the same restrictions since the lower cannot be used for an AR.
These are the things I remember
