    Ruger 10/22 barrel replacement

    I have a older 10/22 that I would like to upgrade. My question is can I remove my old standard barrel and add a ruger bull barrel..John

    Yes, but the bull barrel won't fit in the original stock. So you'd either have to modify it or also buy a new stock.

          Look into a Tactical Solutions 10/22 barrel. They are made with a steel insert wrapped in aluminum. Super lightweight and slick.

            I am very pleased with my green mountain barrels. I have them on all of my ruger rimfires. 1/4" groups at 25yd is quite simple with any of them. Can't say enough good things about that company.
