ID help russian 22

Picked up a single shot bolt action and need some info on it (tried rimfirecentra-no luck). T03-12 stamped on the top under a big T in a triangle.
Assuming it is a Tula I cant find any info on this model. It also has 977 stamped on the bolt and K 977 stamped on the barrel. Any help appreciated

T03-12 is the Cyrillic for TOZ-12.

Those are TOZ-12 OPF, a modification of the original TOZ-12. The original is a single-shot. Sounds like that's what you've got, 2ma2.
