Ruger 22/45 and Mk III frames

I just bought a 4" 22/45 at Turners. I was told that the above pistols are DROS/ed on the Uppers. Turners has a cool little wire stock carbine upper with rails for them for like three bils. Has anyone seen these lowers for sale anywhere by themselves?

Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee.

When it comes to the Mark I/II/III and 22/45 pistols, the upper is the firearm, not the lower grip frame. Those wire stock replacement uppers are also firearms in and of themselves and still require the Ruger I/II/III or 22/45 grip frame to work.

The grip frames can be bought/sold without any restrictions, but they are pretty rare as Ruger has a habit of not allowing them for sale as a spare part.

Too bad I would like to have at least one to get rid of my Mk II grip without having to get a whole pistol
