GSG5 ammo question

Bought a GSG-5SD recently and haven't shot it yet. I know some .22's are picky about the ammo you put through them. Any particulars that the GSG-5 doesn't perform well with? I have some winchester wildcat high velocity .22lr for it.

I've never seen Remington (thunderbolt, golden bullet, etc) work well in any gun except a 10/22, and even then it was a pain in the arse to clean compared to something like CCI or Federal.

Mine takes everything. I love it.

Mine's the regular GSG-5 but it eats Fed Bulk, Fed AutoMatch, RGB, and Mini-mags.

Break it in with CCI, after about 300 rounds, it will shoot any brand. That's what I did with mine.

ive been shooting the winchester 555/333 22LR HV with no issues!

I have a case of aquila high velocity that I've been running through it, I get 2-3 fte's every 100 rounds. Not sure if this is good or bad.

By mistake I bought some CCI 22 Long ammo and tried to run it.

Avoid that specific model of CCI .22 ammo in a semi-auto, it would not cycle my GSG-5 or 10/22.

Other CCI, Winchester, Federal have all been fine with only a few FTF / FTE's.

Aguila "Sniper SubSonic" runs in my GSG5SD just fine. Good varmint rounds too.

federal bulk in mine. Remington gold wont work.
