Winchester 555 .22 Ammo

Yup, it's good quality plinking ammo. I shoot a lot of WIN 333 which is the same round, it's worked well in all my rimfires. I like the Federal bulk a bit better but wouldn't hesitate to buy any of the 555/333.

brought my GSG to the range for the first time today. Did not have 1 misfire or malfunction with the 333 (same as the 555) ammo!

Bought it cheap at big 5 with the 20% coupon!

I like it, only had like 2 FTF with it with my 10/22.

+1 used it in my GSG last range trip and liked it alot. I shot about 200 rounds without a single failure.

I wish my Big 5 here in the Bay Area had any .22 ammo. They have not had .22 ammo of any kind for over 6 months! What's up with that.

Where in the Bay Area?
The one in Alameda gets their ammo on Tuesdays (and was out of the larger packs on Thursday).
The one in Walnut Creek seemed to have a bunch yesterday.

Go into your nearest Big5 and ask when they get their ammo deliveries so you can show up as soon as they stock up...
(but if Alameda is the closest to you then don't go before Wednesday - so I can go get some on Tuesday )

It's good ammo, not a single jam out of 200. Shoots like federal ammo on my Marlin 795.

I would give my left nut (ok really cash) for some 555 or 333 or Federal bulk packs.
