Fake can question

What do i need to put a fake can on my colt .22 m4? The M4 thread is m8x75 i believe and most fake can threads are 1/2x28. Do they have adapters? What do you guys use for yours? Help me out!

If I were you, I'd have your outer barrel rethreaded to 1/2 X 28 if its possible. But if you can't, Tacticool 22 sells adapters on eBay. Note that with this adapter, you can only put replica suppressors in front of the adapter and can't use the kind that slip onto and cover your outer barrel. Here you go:
