    Just bought a Kimber Target 1911 .22

Found one on GB for 718 which is on the lower end of the OK prices
I wanted a dedicated 1911/.22 that I can practice cheaply on and didnt want to hassle with a conversion kit for my Springer so Kimber made the cut.
Looking forward to shooting in in the next few weeks

Nice gun, only thing I dont like about it is that it doesnt have the slide hold after the last round

Not yet ordered it on GB so it will be sent to Gunrunners once I go over and fill out the needed paperwork

Sweet! I got one too and it's one of my favorites. It's very reliable too, granted I have been using CCI mini-mags and Fed Match with it. I have yet to try the bulk stuff. If you haven't handled one yet, prepare to be shocked...it's super light!

              Here's mine with monkeygrips.

Ditto. High Powered/hi-velocity ammo only for reliable functioning. When I first got mine I loaded up twelve magazines with federal Match ammo -- the gun wouldn't cycle at all! I had to unload all the magazines. Now I love it.
