Scope for Spikes .22 AR rifle???

I have a .22 Spikes AR rifle. This gun is just used as a plinker at 100 yards. What would be a good scope to put on it for 20-150 yards??? I want to stay away from anything that uses batteries like an Eotech. I need to place an order with Brownells in the next couple of days so I am hoping to find something on there site.

The oft-recommended Mueller APV 4-14x is an excellent rimfire scope.

Barsa makes good plinking scopes at reasonable prices:

If you shoot mostly at 25-50 yrds, you should get either 2, 3, 4 or 5 MOA red dot or 1-4x scope. If you shoot mostly at 50-100 yrds, you should get a 3-9x, or a bit stronger scope. IMO you should get a 1-4x scope, for example Bushnell Trophy 1-4x24 (30mm) w/ illuminated dot + german r4 reticle is just wonderful value. I have one of those, and it is an excellent scope.

The Primary Arms 1-4x24 is a great scope for .22 AR's. The glass is clear and there is a visible crosshair without needing batteries. It also has an illuminated red-dot for those low-light, or CQB situations.

hit Walmart. They have a selection of Center Point scopes that rock.

+ another for center point scopes ^^
amazing quality optics for equally great prices
america crosman design & specs, made in china like nearly every other scope being imported these days

ended up purchasing a ncstar STP2732G which is a compact tactical 2-7x32
yeah, yeah, i know ncstar scopes are crap, but have been happy w/this particular model
the reticle does light up (green or red) but since most of my training is during the day i just leave the illumination off
i got the sniper reticle, but wish the center where the cross hairs cross was literally thinner & have considered returning to exchange for the mil dot spec.
however, i believe i'd have the same
i really loved the centerpoint i tested, but as you see in the photo above, nothing compact about the centerpoints' scope

will break out the camera gear & get some snap shots of my scope mounted up on my rifle

A vote for the MIL DOT Clear Ridge 3x9 scope. Great scope with resettable turrets.
