    Ruger MKIII 22/45

i will be picking up my 22/45 soon and have been looking at tacsol "uppers"
didnt know that i have to have a FFL for it. SO i have to wait 10 days for the "upper"?

also rimfire pistols are not exempt from aw pistol law right?

with the 22/45's the upper is the serialized part making it the firearm so thats why you need the ffl. also the tactical solutions uppers are not on the approved list so there a no go unless you have an exemption (ie. law enforcement, single shot, ect) from the roster.

          they are really nice.

i have other tacsol parts for my 10/22 and fully support the company. thats one of the reasons i bought the gun in the first place is so i could get a paclight barrel for it.
