SIG 522 BDM 10 RD Mags

Just p/u my 522 today and tried out the BDM mags. I noticed that i can wiggle the mags in the mag well whereas the factory SIG mag has a tighter fit. My understanding is that BDM makes the factory SIG mags. Any one experience this?

BDMs work flawlessly in my 522---as does the factory mag---BDMs do come
        out easier. Pete

I doubt you will have any problems with the rifle. You may have a sore
and dirty thumb from loading the mags. The rifle is SUPER accurate. Pete

You guys hear anything about this issue with the recoil spring guide and e-clips. I have seen a few post on SigForums.

No reason to remove those "e" clips---if you MUST--remember the spring
is under tension and adjust accordingly--safety glasses would be a good
                idea. Pete

Yeah, they're flimsy and some have reported they come off and the bolt assembly comes apart when opening the action. I replaced mine with some thicker ones from my parts bin. Some guys double them up.

Are these the same BDM mags that are used in the 22AR conversions like spikes, cmmg ,model 1 ?

I had 3 10 rd mags 1 Factory SIG and 2 BDM. They all worked great. The BDM a little loos and factory SIG was a snug fit.
