Hi

Have any of you M&P 15-22 owners changed the handguard stock? If you have what did you use?

Not trying to be rude but whats a forearm stock? I have several ARs and the M&P15-22 and still have not heard of a stock for the forearm.

Yeah, the handguard. The one it comes with won't freefloat the barrel.

THeres a pic on S&W M&P15-22 pic thread forum of one with a magpul moe handguard. The guy sells a nut that allows a standard AR Delta ring to be used.

You'll need this adapter to mount whatever rail handguard you want:

I really like the factory quadrail handguards, so all I did to mine was to add rubber ladders which improve the feel.

I really want one of these! I just bought a gun mag that had a great review about it...the reviewer didnt want to give it back. He said he was going to buy it. I have a .223/5.56 ar but this would be an awesome, cheaper option on a ar platform! Does anyone know turners layaway program?

Yes, its awesome. You'll love it if you get one. AR-15 functions and cheap ammo-can't beat that.

OK, thanks...I called Turners in Orange when I got off work last night, they told me 30%, but only had 30 days to pay it off? MAybe different stores have diferent policies...

AND, they didn't have any more of these rifles in stock...they are taking deposits on them for the next batch they get in

They are cool little guns. I have enjoyed "building" it to look like my AR with my 7 year old son. Lots of FDE magpul.

Call around, just because Turners Orange doesnt have it doesnt mean the rest dont. If you find it in Turners Chino (for instance) ask Turners Orange to have it transfered to Orange
