What do you 17HMR shooters zero at? My rifle will be used primarily for squirrels. Tried the search, but couldn't find any zeros with the 17HMR.

Ground squirrels? 100yrds. Tree rats? .22lr.The thing with firearms is that they are not like any other consumer product, simple ownership of one carries a lot of responsibility.

Depending on your scope height, a 150 yard zero puts your point of impact between +/- 1.5" of the crosshairs from 20 yards to 175 yards making most squirrel shots a "point and shoot" deal between those ranges.Comment
