ram line folder for 10-22 legal?

I have a folding stock I bought back in the good ole days for a 10-22. It's the plastic Ram line folding stock. Is it legal to use now in CA?
How about some of the newer 10-22 silliness i see for sale out there now like the "krinker plinker" and some of the wild "tacticool" numbers I see in the Shotgun news lately?

It should be okay as long as your barrel is over 16.2" AND OAL of the folded rifle is over 26" or something. Rimfire rifles are not under the CA AW ban. You can stick almost any evil feature on it.

      16" for the barrel yes?
26" OAL for rimfire rifles is accurate.

Rimfire rifles are exempt from the banned by features AW laws. Too bad rimfire pistols aren't...

i believe it just can't be less than 30" and still be able to fire. do the world a favor and make your rimfire as evil as possible!!!!!

Most civilization is based on cowardice. It's so easy to civilize by teaching cowardice. You water down the standards which would lead to bravery. You restrain the will. You regulate the appetites. You fence in the horizons. You make a law for every movement. You deny the existence of chaos. You teach even the children to breathe slowly. You tame.

Pretty sure barrel itself must be 16 inches long and when folded and fireable can not be shorter than 26 inches O/A. But yes evil is well EVIL!!

Good news I just measured; a circa 1983 10-22 with stock barrel installed in a circa 1984 Ram Line 10-22 folder is just a hair under 27" phewww! I've actually been afraid to take out the funnest gun I have for the last 20 years thinking it was not legal anymore (i lost the original stock long ago)!

But ohh NOES! it has a provision in the stock to hold a FIFTY (50!) ROUND box of 22lr hollow point, armor piercing, DU, cop killa boolets!!
