    AR15 22lr Bolt Lock Back

I hear it's possible to get the black dog magazines to lock the bolt back after the last round is fired. Anyone know how?

The BDM have update there mag followers and the new ones do have a BHO feature.

I have old and new ones. The new ones work well for holding the bolt open but I like the way the old ones fed the bullets. I modified the bottom of the followers to be like the old style but still retain the bho feature. (BEST of both worlds)

If you want I can get you the new style mags as I am just setting up as a dealer with them.

The BDM mags I have were recently purchased. With a Spike's .22 conversion, the BHO feature works.

I don't have any of the earlier mags, nor experience with them, but I have noticed that I have to push the extreme forward end of the follower down (ie: rotate it) before it wants to move down far enough to accept cartridges. I would guess that that is the reason for BHO.

You can buy the new followers for a few bucks via BDM's website. Nothing wasted
