Mounting Nikon scope to my 10/22, Help!

I must just not get it! I have my trusty 10/22 and my Nikon Prostaff 4x32 scope arrived today with rings. I bought a B-Square weaver base for it and the base appears to be too wide for the Nikon rings......

I have googled for narrow bases, but I find nothing? What do I need to mount this scope to my 10/22?

ditto to above. weaver bases are all standardized so if the rings don't fit... they are not weaver compatible.

OK, I'll buy that. But I wanted to use the Nikon rings that came with he scope, I mean this is a rimfire scope right? 4x32? There must be a certain type of base I can buy to use the rings that came with it???

The Nikon Prostaff 4x32 scope comes with rimfire rings because it is a rimfire scope. Some 22 have a dovetail grove on top of the receiver that the small rings fit. Get a nice set of US made weaver style rings like Warne.
So all my friends seem to think I have a Gun Problem...

check the paper work that came with the scope it should say what style base it will fit
the standard for the 10/22 and most rifles are weaver bases

That's a great scope, I love it on my 10/22.

I had to use different rings then the ones included in the box.

If you still have the Ruger scope base that came with the rifle it should work with rimfire style rings.

The mount that came with your 10/22 can accommodate both the narrow and wide ring... The rimfire rings will mount on the groves on the top of the plate and the weaver rings will mount over the sides of the entire plate.
