someone help with "grips" for the MARK III

I finally just purchased a Mark III Target Bull Barrel, for 404$ after taxes and dros total.

But I have been on google for the passed week looking for websites that sell grips for the mark III.

The grips for the mark III, seems to be really limited nothing new out there.

Basically looking for some nice wooden ones, or somethign different with a thumb rest preffered, but every website I go its all the same recycled images.

anyone know good shops for mark III grips? "non-competition" style please.

    thanks!!

The MK III is just slightly different than a MK II. Grips for the MK II sometimes need the area of the Mag button trimmed and inside the left grip for the mag release screw head. Right side may need a little trim. Sometimes they fit fine.
    Go here.
Just a question... If a custom set of grips is made for the Mark-II, will it fit on the Mark-III? How much modification is required for them to fit, if any? Thanks very much. -Manfred

I have the Volquartsen laminated grips on mine. Im not sure what your looking for, but the Volquartsen stuff is high quality.

if you like the way the VQ ones look, meet me at "The Firing Line" and you can hold it, see if it fits your hand.

I absolutely love it.. was pricey at $120 but i think they were worth every penny, and it comes with an extended bolt and mag release.
these pics show the profile pretty well, but crappy color.

this pic shows the coloring better.

I got mine from Rimfiresports.com, they have the hogue, VQ, VQ laminated, and Tac Sol grips in stock.

Theres also, grips4guns.com that has a bunch of choices in wood.

Do you like your Ruger MK or the Browning Buckmark better? Im thinking of picking up a Buckmark.

uhm, i prefer the ruger... but just barely. stock for stock i think the ruger is better. Everything tac sol makes is on my buckmark, and everything VQ makes is on my mkIII. so fully modified, its the mark III by a mile. (IMO only im sure).
my II is unmolested other than grips. its rd count is somewhere in the XXX,XXX with all factory parts.
