Street Price for a Basic Buckmark?

I got some Bass Pro giftcards for christmas, so I was wondering if it might make money sense to ust buy the buckmark. What is the price for a basic buckmark, since it seems to be a great piece to start and they custom to my hearts content down the road.

Good Luck to you. I talked to almost every Browning Dealer I could find in the vicinity of the LA area, including the IE. I was told that the production numbers are currently very limited and ordering one was 2-4 month wait with no guarantee on delivery time (deposit required).

The only place I saw a couple of Buck Marks was the Bass Pro Shop in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The price for the pistols was $350 (Blue) and $400 (Stainless) for a basic non-Camper model with plastic grips (Square slab sided barrel) -prices before DROS and sales taxes. Also, I was not aware they are being produced in Canada as well.

Because of the availability issues and the fact that the Browning pistol only comes with 1 magazine. I decided to purchase a Ruger myself, a 22/45. They are still made in USA and come with 2 mags. Plus finding a variety of the Ruger .22 pistol is pretty easy.

      Good Luck

P.S. The Rancho BP Shop had several Rugers as well.

i think Browning sends out their new shipments for the year in January. I am only guessing because of what I was told when I purchased my buckmark. Awesome pistol!

I have a BuckMark and all I can say is buy one. However if were to buy one today I would go to GunBroker and buy an older used one from a pawnshop for about $250.00 then customize to my heart content. You can't wear these pistols out so a used one will be fine. Buy a Tacsol barrel or any replacement barrel from Browning, grips etc. btw newer models like the Practical don't have aftermarket grips so one benefit of buying an older used Buckmark is the availability of more grips.

          here ya go http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/Vie...Item=152057348

I have an almost brand new one for sale. Check for my post history. And yes the are really hard to find! Even the dealer was confused on what the deal is with production. Says he always has a hard time getting them. Anyway I like them much better than the Ruger and only am selling this one since I found a Contour Lite for sale which is also hard to find.

This is not the Firearm for Sale forum. If you wish to pursue this, please take it to pm. Thanks.
