    Taurus .17 Pump Question

    I 'm looking to get a few questions answered about the
    Taurus Model 172 in .17HMR / Pump action

    What would be a fair price on one ??
    Anybody have any Pros/ Cons about this rifle

    I have someone that want to sell me one
    It's Not the Stainless version / Blued steel rifle

    I have the carbine version. It is one of my wife's favorite guns. It only likes the plastic tipped rounds. It shoots well and is fun. I would look at 200 to 300 depending on condition.

    I also have the 22 mag version and it rather accurate.

      I have the 22mag carbine. More accurate than I am! Mine is the case-hardened blue and I paid $300 total-fees, shipping etc. two years ago.
      Mine functions perfectly and the take down feature is a great idea.
      If you like the caliber pick it up!

          I been wanting a .17 rifle and saw this one at the Del-Mar show ( Private Party )
          I like the way it looks like the Winchester model 1890 pump ( Had one of those a while back )

            WELL .. I met the owner ( he came up to Hemet ) and we did the P.P.T. at B.J. SPORTING GOODS

            A small local shop here in Hemet and I can't belive how out of there way they went to help me and the seller

            Great little gun shop here in Hemet

            Only problem .It will come out of " 10 Day Jail " on Dec. 25 !!!!!!!!!!!!!
