how do i install gsg-5 mount (pics)

i just recieved my ultimate arms scope mount and cant figure out how to install it on my gsg-5. there was no instructions with it.. just wondering if anyone else has it and if there is some trick to installing it. Thanks

The second photo shows what looks to be a quick release type mount -

Is there a screw there in the mid section for you to adjust the clamps? Adjust it and clamp in on -

it looks really simple but i just cant get this thing to go on. i tried sliding the one side off, putting the rest of the mount on the rifle and then sliding the half back on but couldnt do it without scratching the rifle.

If you have an SD version , it doesn't fit. I ended up returning mine after calling the 800 number to verify. Too bad they don't tell you that before ordering.
