The important question is, has GSG submitted the pistol to the CA drop test for approval onto the safety roster? If it's not on the roster, nobody will be selling it in CA.

The GSG 1911 does not have a CA DOJ approved chamber load indicator and does not have a magazine disconnect. Both of which are required in order to be submitted for testing to be placed on the approved list.
Yes. There is a lawsuit pending, but the courts take time, don't expect an outcome for another 1-2 years.sigpic
