10/22 scope

I am thinking about snagging this as a good cheap plinking scope for my new 10/22

Some of the reviewers state that it doesn't fit on the rail that comes with the 10/22. Others say that they installed it just fine with the included scope rings. Whats the truth here?

i ditched the rings that came with my simmons and bought some burris zee rings. those have worked perfectly
