winchester x super 40 grain, HV .22lr ??

hey folks,


So I bought a walther p22 today from a fellow calgunner, but test shot it first at the range.


used couple different ammo.


CCI hollow points
Remington
CCI round nose
Winchester x super hv



they all shot very nicely, although I probably only went through about 60 rounds or so total for the test shot but no jamming what so ever.


the interesting thing was the remington wasnt that much of a bang,
popped in the cci magazine, and was a better kick so I was thinking yep
cci's are great like everyone says.


lastly I used the Winchester x super 40 grain hv round nose,
and wow that was a blast! Though this is my first time shooting
the cci and the winchester I believe for this test fire the winchester performed a lot better even for a .22 was a bigger bang.



anyone have any experience with this ammo? I was about to stock up on
cci's but I am having second thoughts and might go with these winchester x supers, unless you guys dont recommend.

please chime in so I dont buy a bunch of ammo ignorantly.

I have several boxes of those, they run fine in all my picky .22's. Between those two its personal preference. If they run fine in your pistol and you like em....get em!
