.22 Match for Rifle and Pistol ?

[Bserebreni]

I've been going to APTS .22 Tac/Match and it's great (next one 12/05/09). I'm looking for a Bench Rest type match like the NRA'S "F" class in .22. I also want to shoot paper with .22 pistol. I live in Sherman Oaks and of course will travel. Thanks for you help.
