Hi:
I have a new Ruger MkIII Hunter that I shot for the first time yesterday. It is really fun, and I didn't do too bad for the first time shooting in about 11 years.
I cleaned it up real good and inspected the edge of the bore at the muzzle a bit. I could see a slight burr on one of the lands. It is just visible without magnification, and fairly obvious under 7x. Some of the other lands have slightly less burring.
How much should I be concerned about this? Can a gunsmith lapp off these burrs?
Thanks for input.
