    GSG5 scope mount

Which ones do you like the best? Just bought one and want to put a scope on it.
I'll bet you have more than 2k worth of guns and I'll bet you have no insurance coverage for them. PM me for help in protecting your investment for only a couple of bucks per year.

I have the Ncstar mark III 3-9x42 scope/laser, and an insight reflex sight. I like the Ncstar scope, because:
    1. It already has a laser
    2. the Crosshairs can be illuminated (blue).
    3. quick mount lever to easy attach/detach

this is the one I have:

You referring to the MOUNT or the Scope?

Mounts you have plenty of choices. From HK factory styled claw mounts to the newer low profile ones.

I have four different ones but have settled on a short low profile, because I have a red dot mounted and wanted some co-witnessing with the iron sights.

Let me know what you had in mind.

I can take a picture of my Red dot set up through the optic, as I get a partial front sight view with mine.

The mount I am using is as low as you can go on an MP5 type receiver so the challenge is finding an optic that has a very low mount base. I looked at a lot of different ones and the Bushnell RD-30 (6 years old) when mounted the bottom of the sight tube almost touches the scope mount.

However, the newer versions of the RD-30 sit about 3/16" higher so those no longer will allow any co-witnessing of the front sight.

Both, I'm interested in what folks are doing with mounts and scopes. Sorry for the confusion.
