SIG 522 22LR Update

I received this information in a E-mail from Chris at Lanworld regarding the status of the new SIG 522 rifles. This is what his SIG representative said to him. So those of you who have the $$$ for a matched set keep you eyes open, I'm pretty sure these "sets" will demand a premium. For the rest of us who only would like the 522 looks like we are in for a little longer wait.

We are offering a matching serial # set of a 556 Patrol Swat and a 522 Swat with a quadrail forend. We will get to the base models as fast as we can as well. But, with this first production run we are doing a limited set - that says "1 of 2000" and both rifles will have the same serial # just a different prefix. The 522s you see out now do not have quad rails and were part a deal at a buy group show that was inked before the Shot Show

Contact Lanworld and get on the pre-order list. They will require a down payment. Then sit back with the rest of us and wait and wait and wait.....
