Does anyone know of a dedicated .22lr AR-15 that has a functioning bolt catch? Yes, I know about the S&W but it's smaller than a standard AR-15/M-4, and it's plastic.

22Lr AR-15 bolt catch?

There's someone on here making a modified bolt catch that works with Spike's, CMMG, and Ceiner/Atchisson kits.
Search for the thread.
But it's still a hack. Without the magazines' followers pushing up on the bolt catch, they won't function except when manually engaged. And that would take a redesign of the magazines. -
over at ar15.com...
I've been following this thread for awhile, it wont lock back on the last shot, but its a working catch/release- cool stuff,
Spikes says they're in for 1,000 when they're done!Comment
