Limited Sights for Shooting Steel

For those of you shooting steel challenge or rimfire challenge in limited division (no red dots), what non-stock sights have you found success with?

I was thinking about something more like large ghost rings or speedsights.

A friend of mine has an iron sight 10/22 set up for his g/f using ghost sights, she shoots pretty dang good with them. Her pistol just has stock Ruger iron sights.
