RIMFIRE MATCH IN CORONA! 10-9-09

WANTED : A cheaper ,easier and cooler event to shoot.


Try this months rimfire shoot . We start at 6pm and end at approx 8pm.

Bring your open sited or scoped 22 rimfire rifle and 100 rounds of ammo.

Dont forget to bring and extra magazines and clear or lightly tinted shooting glasses

We will have the BBQ running so bring some burgers or hot dogs for the grill.


Most important : This match has a social quality to it so bring your friends and family . Arrive early ( 5pm ) if your going
to BBQ.

I went to this shoot last month and had a blast. Great group of people. All level of shooters are welcome. Being my first match of any type I was sure surprised to do as well as I did. Cant wait to shoot again this month!

Yes. The match is this saturday 10/10/09. We will start at around 5:30PM. If you want to come early bring you own food (BYOF), we will have the BBQ fire going.

It is a fun match and very laid back.

The time is wrong on the flier and also i hope no one brings out anything bigger then 22lr. The only ammo allowed is 22lr even though the flier says up to 17hmr. The first time they had to much damage to the steel with 17hmrs and 22mags.

Tonight its moving targets , a little paper and a bunch of steel. Rimfire is king.

The match is held at the corona sportsmens club just south of Lake Mathews and the match is open to the public . New match hours are 3pm to approx 6pm. The next Match will be on 11-14-09 (sat) .

This match has some very unique shooting opportunities that you may not encounter at any square box type range . Moving targets , time limits and lots of different types of steel to knock down. Some easy some not so easy.
