    Inherited BRNO .22lr model 5

First up. I am glad to have inherited a BRNO model 5 .22lr from my great grand father.

Second. I do not know what in the hell BRNO is, for I am an AR/AK guy.

Third. It did came with magazine but it doesn't have the spring.

The question: Is there another model of CZ BRNOs that would fit my Model 5?

I would appreciate any help. Model 5 did not came here in US for what I know (I could be wrong). I would appreciate any links that could provide me a magazine so I can try and fire this rifle. As of now, I am loading the rifle manually as a single shot.

I could be wrong, but I believe the CZ ZKM 573 is the same as your model 5.

Check here they are all things BRNO. It is a 573.
Thanks to our friends Denny and Dancz, I was able to get some more information on the Brno #4 target rifles, and make it more complete. As well as learn there is yet another model, the Biatholon! So I updated the table and have included it here - the old thread was getting hard to...

J&G Sales has magazines that supposedly work in the BRNO #1 and #5 rifles "with a little tweaking".

I have a Brno #4 Match Target rifle I shot this weekend using the poly mags out of my CZ 452 Varmint and they all worked just fine. I also bought a single shot adapter from Denny on Rimfire Central. Denny can get steel Brno mags as well.
