CMMG .22 conversion question.

Ok I feel dumb for asking this because its probably something simple or at least I hope it is but I got the conversion in the mail today and wanted to see how it fit so I took out my .223 bolt and carrier and slid in the conversion everything seemed to fit fine the mag went in and locked in place fine so I went to pull the charging handle back and slide the conversion back out to put my .223 back in and the thing will not come out. Am I missing something here how do I get it out?

Anyone have an idea how I can remove this? If the zombie invasion happens I'm screwed lol

The chamber adapter and the bolt are under pressure from the recoil spring. It wants to kink them to the side. If you can use one hand to keep them aligned and the other to pull on the charging handle, they should slide out without using too much force.
