I was just reading through the manual for the Colt Umarex .22lr and it talks about adjusting the allen screw on the back of, what is normally the bolt assembly on an AR, to compensate for different types of ammo. The shop I bought the rifle from said that out of the box, I should immediately get the supplied allen wrench and turn that allen screw 9 times. The problem is if you turn that screw 9 times, it sticks out so far you can't fit the upper and lower back together. Also, the manual doesn't say anywhere to do that.
Anyone else heard of this? Those that have taken theirs out shooting, did you have to adjust this screw at all?
Thanks.
