Bulgarian AK22 22lr

Thought I'd post pics of it if you haven't seen it before. I found the pics on militaryphotos.

I read a review on ARF a long time ago about a arsenal milled rifle and ciener 22lr kit with good results. I want to build a 22lr like it.

Is that the only info it gave? Is there a barrel insert, what mag insert does it use? I dont think the 22 bolt came on the rifle seeing the Izhevsk mark and the Bulgarian mark on the receiver. Did the article say that it is a Ciener conversion, because it doesnt look like one? Maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me
