When you see the phrase "Shortage of ammo", it doesn't necessarily mean that the ammo doesn't exist - It means that the ammo is not available for us to readily purchase. Hell, there could be a massive stockpile sitting at the Winchester factory, why the hell would I care.. can I buy it? Nope. Thus a shortage. Whether or not it has been produced yet is pretty irrelevant.

Soooooooooo Federal, Winchester, and Remington are not selling it to Walmart because they want to inflate the prices, even though the prices are about the same they have always been. You make no sense whatsoever.
