It does indeed, and I did, about five years ago. Was around $75 iirc... def worth it.

Agree my semi-custom 10/22 clone came with one, feel no need to upgrade it. Hardly any over travel, breaks clean at 2.5-3 lbs. looks like they go for right around $65, a bargain if you ask me.

Under $100 = Ruger BX
Over $100 = Kidd two stage, (my preferred trigger) or single stage, both great, individual user preference.
Everything else are participation award winners.

My Kidd trigger group is probably the best upgrade money I've ever spent on a gun.

It is a level of quality that most people would never even dream of having in a .22. And the trigger pull is better than the Timneys, Geisseles, and LaRues on my centerfire rifles.

Shoot cheapest ammo 99% of the time- BX

The 10/22 is a cheap gun. Lots of people resell their OEM trigger in the BX packaging.

Jerks - lots of Jerks out there.

So buy anything trigger from a reputable shop. No eBay - no amazon

BX triggers vary a little. They are packaged in a way that allows you to test them. If you can find a shop that has more than one in stock, you can try before you buy.

Place I went had 3, which ranged from "Light plus gritty", "light plus REALLY gritty", to "Almost perfect", which is the one I bought obviously.

They still use the plunger trigger return system, which is the source of a lot of grit. I bobby-pin modded mine and it's decent. It's now a slightly rough and not entirely "light" first stage with slightly mushy break. All that relative to my Kidd trigger. Relative to stock trigger it's awesome.

Buying a BX trigger online is really a crap-shoot.

The Kidd Trigger Job kit is amazing. I have two, the consistency is excellent. They measure, feel, and shoot exactly alike. They are right at 28oz, break like glass. By comparison, my Kidd Single Stage Complete breaks at 24oz and cost over twice as much.

The BX is a big improvement over stock, but the Trigger Job kit is a huge improvement over the BXs I've owned and shot. The BX feels spongy and cheap to me. I own six 10/22-platform rifles, have tried lots of triggers, and now own 2 Trigger Jobs, a Single Stage Complete, and three Two Stage Completes. Everything else has moved on.

Kidd has an excellent YouTube video that details installing the Trigger Job. Makes it easy to DIY.
