This has to be the hands down best, bang for the buck upgrade for the 10/22!!!
The kit includes:
The stock trigger was a 8++ pounds. Although the little carbine in stock form performed pretty well at 50 yards (~tennis ball size groups with bulk ammo), the trigger really was a major limitation. If you're used to light, crisp triggers, this carbine was simply unpleasant to shoot.
The kit cost me $35.99 from MidwayUSA with my C&R 03 FFL discount. 15 minutes is what it took to install, and all the parts dropped in without fitting. The resulting trigger was probably less than 2#... probably lighter than a S&W revolver on SA, and actually too light for my preference. So, I re-installed the stock trigger return spring to add some resistance. This added maybe 1/2 lb. And, it's a tremendous improvement over the stock trigger.
I can't wait to put some rounds down range.
