Have other guns that seem to go to the range all the time, and this tack driver never comes with me anymore.

Haven’t seen those pop up here often. Some people seek the IV but I think you have an idea based on the answers above.

I also have a 6 3/4" stainless slab side (government target...I think?) With a mess of Volquartzin internals. That's the Mark ii that comes to the range. Took the rear site out and replaced it with the Burris mount and a Buris fast fire 3.
That one is never leaving my side

They?re nice pistols. I have an MK2 5.5? Bull Barrel. Bought it new in 2001. I think it was made in 2000. It?s also a treasure that I don?t use due to my old eyes. Nonetheless, it would trouble me to part with it. Seems like newer firearms are molded metal & plastic.

It is easy to add RDS and enjoy it again. That's what I did with all of mine.
