I guess anything is possible if you throw enough money into it. The Winchester bore is about .005 too small, and the .22Mag chamber pressure is about twice what the action was designed for. Sure, it could be done with a bunch of money, but it wouldn't last long.
I can't see any rhyme or reason for for trashing a working rifle, and spending 2-3 times it's worth, to do it.

      Hmmmm....seemed useful to me.
Always looking for vintage Winchester and Marlin lever action rifles. Looking to sell? Know of one for sale? Drop me a line!

My apologies for being factual and honest. It's been my experience in life, don't ask questions, that you don't want to hear the answers for.

So go ahead and pat yourself on the back for basically a non answer and providing a captain obvious answers not on point
The man apologized to you. You should’ve left it at that and moved on. All he did was give you some sound advice without the intent of insulting you. Don’t overthink posts, just flow with it. BOOT.

Well I tried politely to tell you that, but you just got you panties in a wad.
More directly to the point, No, no one knows anyone that's tried it, because anyone with an IQ higher than a crowbar, would know the cost would far exceed the value, and it wouldn't work anyhow, with the limitations of the 67 action. Is that the answer you wanted to hear, or did you have something else in mind?

You didn't et a philosophical answer, you got a well reasoned FACTUAL answer. No one's done it, because it will be stupid expensive and won't work. But maybe you're the kind of guy that likes to spend $1,000 to build a Mosin Nagant "sniper rifle" out of a $99 tomato stake.

I only spent $200, and the tomato stake was only $50!
